He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Augustine and Rose Augustine; and his siblings, Barbara Fescoe, Raymond Augustine and Robert Augustine.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Katatsky; and his brother Michael Augustine of Kingston. He is also survived by nieces and nephew.
