He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Benicase (Lori), Stephen Benicase (Linda) and Alan Benicase (Cathy); his grandchildren, Stacey Staalesen, Kevin Benicase, Brittany Zeck, Kristy Benicase, Kara Benicase, Audrey Benicase and Kaitlyn Benicase; his great grandchildren, Makari, Kelsey, Trey, Charlee and Zoey; and his siblings, Janice Turck and Frank "Hank" Benicase. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service - Kingston (326 Albany Ave, Kingston, NY 12401). A procession will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 8:45 AM at the Keyser Funeral and Cremation Service (326 Albany Ave, Kingston, NY 12401). A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's RC Church (242 Wall St, Kingston, NY 12401). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at the St. Mary's Cemetery - Kingston (322 Foxhall Ave, Kingston, NY 12401).
