He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis J. Celuch (Andy) and Wanda M. Kawecki Celuch; and his brother Joseph J. Celuch. He is survived by : his siblings, Barbara J. Celuch of Red Hook, NY, Christine A. Perry (Jeffrey) of Hurley, NY, Laurie A. McEnery (Donald) of Los Angeles, CA and Timothy A. Celuch of Eddyville, NY; his aunt Ruth Celuch of Kingston, NY; and his nieces and nephews, James Michaelides, Evan, Julian Perry, Jack, Elias Celuch, Stephanie Jocelyn (Michael) and Grace Celuch (Cody). He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
