Tubby; his grandchildren, Jessica Mattice, Alexis Tubby, Walter Tubby and Brandon Tubby; his sisters, Audrey Albright, Maryann Parker and Thomas Tubby; his parents, William S. Tubby and Arabel Smith; his siblings, Carol Forte, Barbara Brandow, Woodrow Smith, Robert Tubby, Bruce Tubby and Vincent Kelder; and his granddaughter Hope Mattice.
