He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Stockton and Margaret Florence Stockton Sr. Gardiner; his parents, William Stockton Jr. and Ruth Jean Stockton; and his sister Tonya Laval Stockton.

He is survived by: his siblings, Gawayne Jeffery Stockton, Tan'echa Nyree Grant, Tasha Nicole Stockton, Gardiner Leonard Stockton and Tameca Lavore Stockton; his in-laws, Chaz Anthony Grant and Jose Luis Santiago; his siblings' children, Gawayne Jeffery Stockton Jr., Ruth Laval Grant, Lexus Marie Stockton, Gionnah Jean Stockton, Sienna Margert Stockton, Ryn Lyric Grant, Kyonnia Jane Stockton, Camelle Sanaa Mack, Damone Jay Santiago and Ellouise Honor Stockton; and his significant other Luz Torres Stockton.
