She was predeceased by: her husband Francis O. Congdon; her parents, Ken Dodge and Bernice Dodge; her stepmother Elizabeth Dodge; and her brothers, Richard and Charles Dodge.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia of North Syracuse, Alan of Syracuse, Diane Shields (Dennis) of Kirkville and Sandy Dumigan (Russ) of Brewerton; her grandchildren, Patrick Dumigan (Emily), Gregory Shields (Maribel), Kelsey Seltzer (Tim) and Branden Shields; her great grandchildren, Harrison, Grady, Dylan, Christopher, Haliey and Catalina; and her sister Betty Wisniewski. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, and many close friends.
