He is survived by: his parents, Mark E. Spratt and Donna Spratt; and his siblings, Scott Spratt (Marianne), Jamie Spratt (Brandi), Peter Spratt, Christy Devine (Jim) and Lisa Bloss. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
