He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl and Grace; and his siblings, Ina, Carol, Barbara and John (Grace).
He is survived by: his wife Karen; and his children, Rosemary Gorman (Shane), Carla Leonard (Ron), Carl Jr. Chase (Donna) and Daniel Chase. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
