She was predeceased by: her parents, John Vaseleck and Ilene Vaseleck; her husband Edward F. Covert; her son Edward M. Covert; her siblings, Kay Milligan, Jack and Bill Vaseleck; and her close friend Marion Jenkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Gayle Diffendorf (Marchie), Theresa Guinan (Jim) and Phyllis Thompson (Mike); her grandchildren, Kelley Diffendorf, Jim Guinan (Michele), Karen Torres, Dan Guinan (Ling), Scott Thompson and Andy Thompson; her great grandchildren, Drew, Jack, Sydnie and Kyle; her sister-in-law Bobbi Vaseleck; her brothers, Jim (Gretchen), Michael and Patrick; and her close friends, Joanne Blaisure, Debbie Harendza and Elaine Florance.
