He is survived by : his wife Carol Chudzik; his children, Robin Chudzik (Warren Miller), Amy Chudzik and Todd Chudzik (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Christopher, Devyn, Tyler and Carter Chudzik; his pet Charles; and his siblings, Thomas Chudzik and Teresa Chudzik. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
