She was predeceased by : her father Joseph; her husband Henry "Hank" Mach, Sr.; her grandsons, Kevin Rychlik and Justin Mach; and her sisters, Emily Connolly (late Elmer), Josephine Majcher (late Thomas), Mamie Dura (late Frank) and Angie Karmelek (late Gene).
She is survived by : her children, Hanko, Susan Ochal, Hank Mach, Jr. (Debbie) and Peggy Vacanti (Chuck); her grandchildren, David Rychlik (Yvonne), Kendra Ochal, Lauren Meindl (Joseph), Camelle Vacanti and Nikki Cole (Tyler); and her great grandchildren, Cole, Ally, Dominic, Maxen, Jaxon, Mia, Valencia and Kinsley Doll. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
