He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Zablonski and Sylvia Zablonski; and his siblings, Gregory Zablonski (Linda) and Barbara Williams (Robert). He is survived by: his wife Denise Lynn Zablonski; his children, Jennifer Zybert (Justin) and Desirae Zablonski; his grandchildren, Zoey Lynn and Zaxon Michael Zybert; and his siblings, Walter Zablonski (Cheryl), Val Wilson (Dave Bukaty), Monica Zablonski (Scott Miller), Lisa Delmont (James), Lawrence Zablonski (Kimberly) and Susan Vertino (Michael). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lombardo Funeral Home (Southtowns Chapel) (3060 Abbott Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the The Tabernacle (3210 Southwestern Blvd, Orchard Park, NY 14127).
