He was predeceased by: his father Stephen L. Vukelic; his son Gregory Vukelic; and his brother Stephen Vukelic (Mary Ann). He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Ellen Sullivan (Jim) and Suzanne Mahoney (Tim); his wife Carole Vukelic; his sons, Paul Vukelic (Amy Vossen), Timothy Vukelic (Shelby Deck), Jeffrey Vukelic (Elaine), Peter Vukelic (Eric Kuhn) and Matt Vukelic (Heather); and his siblings, Jack Vukelic (Christy) and Paula Storey (late Dave). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Victory National Shrine & Basilica (767 Ridge Rd, Lackawanna, NY 14218).
He also served as president of the Buffalo Club, the Country Club of Buffalo, PROBUS, the Buffalo Executives Association, and the Mercy Hospital Foundation, and was treasurer of the Auto Club of Western & Central New York Board of Directors.
