He is survived by: his children, John Slowik Jr. (Liz), Annette White (Peter), Lindsay Baker (Brian) and Vincent Slowik; his grandchildren, Ava, Dylan and Drew; and his sisters, Theresa Nowicki (David), Agnes Rogers (Michael), Kathleen Szentesy (late William) and Patricia Alabisi. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
