She was predeceased by : her husband Frank J. Azzarello; her son David Azzarello; and her siblings, James Telesco (late Helen), Shirley Bennett (late Don), Tom Telesco (Maureen) and Patricia Moran (late Ted).
She is survived by : her children, Frank Azzarello (Karen), Marykaye Self (Dan) and Juli Pokriki (Henry). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 late grandson and 10 great-grandchildren.
