He is survived by : his mother Patricia Mulderig (late Patrick Sr.); his wife Lori Swezey; his children, Jeremy and Savannah; his stepchildren, Joyelle and Edward Mettler; his sibling Denene Caldwell (Michael); his stepsister Shanna Weber; his stepgrandchildren, Jaylee Mettler and Eli Berak; his uncle James Smith; and his nephews, Dominic, Anthony and Caldwell.
