He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Klubek and Valencia Klubek; and his brother Adam Klubek. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Klubek; his sons, Charles Moran (Krystal Galloway), Jonathan Klubek and Jason Klubek; his grandchildren, Austyn, Charlee and Grey; his brother Robert Klubek (late Josephine); and his siblings-in-law, Janice Sagun, Gerald Sagun and Daniel Sagun (Karen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
