She was predeceased by: her husband Robert I. Hazard; her brothers, Burns, Robert and Charles Edick; and her parents, Glenn Edick and Francis O'Brien Edick.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Gray, Michael Hazard, Sandy Creek and Robert Jr. (Bonnie Hazard); and her grandchildren, Joshua Hazard (Kasia), Melissa Scanlon (John), Paul Hazard, Robert Hazard (Leanne) and Anthony Hazard (Bethany). She is also survived by several great grandchildren and two great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
