He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred MacDuffie and Mildred MacDuffie (Stearman); his wife Barbara Flitcroft; and his siblings, Lawrence and Charlotte.
He is survived by: his children, Steven MacDuffie, Thomas MacDuffie (Laurie) and Matthew MacDuffie (Becky). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Summerville Funeral Home (1997 Harwood Dr, Sandy Creek, NY 13145). A graveside service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Ellisburg Cemetery (11786-11808 S Main St, Mannsville, NY 13661).
