Chase (Constance) of Fayetteville, NY; her granddaughters, Ashley Kloster (Paul) of Colorado Springs, CO, Shelby Gorze (Kyle) of Colorado Springs, CO and Lydia Corinne Chase of Syracuse, NY; her great grandchildren, Carter and Cora Kloster; and her siblings, Nancy Krager (Paul McDonough), Margaret Pratt and Richard Keeney (Barbara). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
