He is survived by: his mother Georgann Purtell (Craig) of Southport, NC; his grandmother Roseanne Bowhall; and his siblings, Joshua Bowhall, Corey Bowhall (Sammy), Alyssa Bowhall, Brianna Purtell, Adam Purtell (Jennifer), Adrienne Votra (Brian) and Nick Purtell (Adrienne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
