Arnold Ruf Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arnold Ruf of Lagrangeville, New York, who passed away on July 13, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Josef Ruf and Maria Magdalena Ruf (Siedler); his wife Andrea; his former life partner Frieda; his son Arnold, Jr.; and his brothers, Erich and Josef Ruf.

He is survived by : his daughter Margot Pedoto (Thomas); his grandchildren, Danielle (Matthew Fagnan), Christina Pedoto, Andrew and Alyssa Ruf; his great grandchildren, Thea and Odin Fagnan; his siblings, Rudy (Elfriede Ruf), Ernst (Barbel) and Rita (Heinz); and his sisters-in-law, Elfrieda Mayer and Susan (Michael Fredericks). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of floral arrangements, the family asks that donations be made in Arnold's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
