She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Carl Goebel and Viola Amy Slocum Goebel. She is survived by: her daughter Rose Marie Proctor; her granddaughter Stacey M. Plain; her great grandchildren, Alexis Rose Plain, Brooke Marie Plain, Adriana Ann, Michael Francis Babb II and Kaiden Quinn Plain; her daughter-in-law Birgett O'Meara; her grandson Tim O'Meara; her husband Charles A. O'Meara; Ryan Ng. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews & great nieces & nephews.
