She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Melnick (Petro) and Eudukia Melnick (Dzieworonik); her husband Raymond; her siblings, Barbara, Maria, Anne, Frank, Peter, John and Charles; her godsons, Bruce and Peter Melnick; and her niece Janice Ivey.
She is survived by: her children, Julie and Raymond; her children-in-law, Robert Figat of Rockville Centre, NY and Beverly Baynard of Scarsdale, NY; her grandchildren, Kevin, Christopher Figat, Trevor, Katheryn and Gregory Baynard; and her nieces and nephews, Eileen Waskiewicz, Michelle Viscosi, Toni Dunn, Linda Melnick, Shirley Kelly, John Melnick, James Melnick, Richard White and Edward Waskiewicz.
