He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon O'Reilly and Helen O'Reilly (Warren); his wife Barb; and his brothers, Peter O'Reilly and William O'Reilly.

He is survived by: his children, Erin O'Reilly and Sean O'Reilly; and his cousin Gwynne DeLong.
