He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy and Joseph; his brother Kenneth; and his grandparents, Clara, Charles Van Etten, Suzanne and Joseph Mikesh.

He is survived by: his children, Kyle Mikesh and Emma Mikesh; his siblings, Joseph (Penny) of Punta Gorda, FL, Robert (Mary) of Kingston, NY, James (Peggy) of Las Vegas, NV, Timothy (Patricia) of North Port, FL and Mary (Anthony) of Land; and his friend John Lasher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
