He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddeus J. Juzwak, Sr. and Irene Juzwak (Yavorski); and his wife Marie A. Ianotti. He is survived by: his siblings, Ted Juzwak (Kathy), Steven Juzwak, Karen Gushue (Robert) and Susan Jenny (Bill); and his nieces and nephews, Rachael, Scott, Michael, Lisa, Collette, Monica, Arthur, Nicole and Caitlin.
