Welch (Lake Luzerne, New York), born in Hopewell Junction, New York, whose life came to an end on July 12, 2025 at the age of 78, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Moore and Agnes Moore (Welch); and his siblings, Mary Ferland, Cindy Kyriazis, John Welch and Thomas Welch.

He is survived by: his wife Eileen Welch; his children, Joshua Welch (Suzanne) of Waterford and Jessica Winslow (Brian) of Hadley; his grandchildren, Angelina, Jared, Julia, Hayden, Charlie and Gabriel; and his pets, Greta and Millie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Charlie's memory may be made to the Horace D. Washburn American Legion Post 533, P.O. Box 9, Corinth, NY 12822.
