She was predeceased by : her parent Theoda Harrington Tubbs; and her stepfather Herbert Tubbs. She is survived by : her siblings, Susan Zielinski (Anthony), Thomas Tubbs and Herbert Tubbs Jr.; her husband Jesse J. Brann; her sister Anna Tubbs; and her sisters-in-law, Maxine Tubbs and Joyce Lamphear. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
