He is survived by : his children, Tammy Frank (Daniel), Anthony Pignone (Carol Kwiatkowski), James Burke (Jennifer Ickowski) and Michael Burke (Colleen Jordan); and his siblings, Linda Davis (late Al) and Douglas Burke (Mary Ann). He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Latimore Schiavone Funeral Home, Inc. (8434 N Main St, Angola, NY 14006).
