He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Burdick and Betty Burdick. He is survived by: his wife Karen Burdick; his son Kevin Burdick (Mariah); his siblings, Ivy Butler, David Burdick, John Burdick (Mary), Cheryl Brown (Robert) and Aaron Burdick; and his aunts and uncles, Camella Gehl and Linda Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
