He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kosakowski and Mildred Kosakowski (Nickerson); and his brother Richard Kosakowski. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor "Ellie" Kosakowski (Bixby); his children, Dawn Brennan (William), Laurie Donnell (Timothy) and Todd Kosakowski (Wendy); his grandchildren, Evan Brady, Matt Brady (Carley), Sara Mann (Terry) and Jeffrey Kosakowski (Marriana); and his great grandchildren, Magnolia, Greyson, Althea and Owen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, neighbors, and many friends.
