He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer W. Proctor and Clara Hilliker Proctor; his son Bradley A. Proctor; his granddaughter Lauren E. Proctor; and his siblings, Floyd W. Proctor, Audrey Hamilton, Carol Hallgren, Ann Hildom and Kay Elder.

He is survived by: his significant other Mary Jane Baggiano Proctor; his children, Phyllis Wickerham (Tom) of Rochester, NY, David Proctor (Lisa) of Carmel, IN and John Proctor (Stacy) of Mayville, NY; and his daughter-in-law Carm Proctor. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
