He is survived by: his son Brandon Smith (Terra) of Jamestown; his wife Gail Mitchell Smith; his children, Tim Smith of Jamestown, Brenda VanSickle of Jamestown, Heather Felton of Jamestown, Debbie Dickinson of California and Vanesa DeSantis (Phil) of Lakewood; and his sisters, Rhonda LaMancuso (John) of Bemus Point and Donna Sample (Herb) of Jamestown.
