He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Frank and Erma Frank (Wilcox); his wife Florence L. Frank (Dobson); his siblings, Don, Jerry Frank and Onalee Frank; and his daughter Marcia of Olean, NY.
He is survived by: his son Terry G. Frank of Lakewood.
