He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald L. Lewis and Beverly Caldwell Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Donna Bower Lewis; his son Andrew J. Lewis; his stepson Michael L. Miller (Selena Foster); and also Michael L. "Mikey" Miller of Sheffield, PA. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lind Funeral Home (805 W 3rd St, Jamestown, NY 14701). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lind Funeral Home, Inc. (805 W 3rd St, Jamestown, NY 14701). A burial was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bentley Cemetery.
