It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew C. Sciandra of Lancaster, New York, who passed away on July 5, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sciandra and Carmela Sciandra; and his sister Tina Schembri (late Joseph). He is survived by: his wife Charlene G. Sciandra; his children, Andrew J. Sciandra (Sharon), James G. Sciandra (Darlene) and Cheryl A. Prout (Dean); his grandchildren, Andrew, Natalie, James, Lindsay, Nicholas and Michael; his great grandchildren, Zelda, Aiden, Sasha and Ana; and his siblings, Russell Sciandra (Jean) and James Sciandra (Sherry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lancaster-Depew Chapel (6050 Transit Rd, Depew, NY 14043). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Pompeii Church (129 Laverack Ave, Lancaster, NY 14086).
