He was predeceased by: his sister Judith Maki. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley A. Maki; his children, Anthony Maki (Glenda Barrett), Christine Maki (late Michael Altenburg), Susan Burgio (Thomas), Amy Graham, Andrew Maki (Wendy) and Andrea Rogacki (Andrew); his grandchildren, Madison, Briana, Thomas, Dustyn, Alicia, Christopher, Anthony, Landyn, Virginia, Anna, Michael, Hudsyn, Caitlyn, Mia, Mackenzie and Taylor; his great grandchild Somali; and his brothers, Leland Maki (late Beth), Karl Maki (Althea) and Steven Maki (late Lois). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cichon-Borgosz Funeral Home Inc. (4929 Broadway, Depew, NY 14043). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (55 Pleasant Ave, Lancaster, NY 14086).
