With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David P. Smith of Lancaster, New York, who passed away on April 6, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his children, John Smith (Amy MacPeek), Daniel Smith (Tammy), June Smith and Darlene Burmith (Sara); his grandsons, John, Joshua and Jacob (Kailee); his great grandchildren, Dalton, Jonas, Kaydon, Kyler and Jack; his brother Hugh "Buddy"; his girlfriend Nanette Varco; and also Joyce Smith.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cichon-Borgosz Funeral Home Inc. (4929 Broadway, Depew, NY 14043). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Town Line Lutheran Church (1159 Town Line Rd, Alden, NY 14004).
