She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis H. Urbanek; her son William Urbanek; her parents, Leo Owczarczak and Frances Owczarczak; and her siblings, Jeanne Fedor (late Joseph), Harry (late Dorothy), Edward, Leo (late Stasia) and Robert Owczarczak (late Terry).
She is survived by: her children, Thomas (Dory) and Daniel (Judy); her grandchildren, Pamela, Jason (Shannon) and Michael (Kimberly); and her great grandchildren, Daniel, Lexi, Addison, Trenton, Grayson, Harrison, Lucas and Lucy.
