He is survived by: his granddaughter Jolie Grace; his wife Jeanette Lewandowski; his children, Michelle Herbst (Peter) and David Lewandowski; his brother Leonard Lewandowski; and his uncle Gary. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
