It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johann Haas (Lancaster, New York), who passed away on July 9, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Johann has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Walter, Maria Haas, Reimund Haas and Franz Haas. He is survived by: his wife Judith A Haas; his children, Renee E. Haas, Colette J. Mergenthaler (David) and Marlo A. Hazard (Paul); and his sister-in-law Elsa Haas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
