She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Donald C. Butlak; her children, Timothy Butlak (Maria), Thomas Butlak, Peggy Schappert (John) and Susan Congdon (Donald); her grandchildren, Amanda Smith (William), Nicholas Ferguson (Jason), Jacquelynn Norris, Cassandra Mook (Daniel), Jacob Norris, Thomas Butlak, Hannah Schappert, Charity Weaver (Erik) and Jason Gwynne; her siblings, Dean Hammer (late Mary Ellen), Arthur Hammer (Linda) and Robert Hammer (late Jean); and her mother Teresa Parish. She was also cherished by 6 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
