She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Thomas J. Hammer Jr., Derek Hammer (Sara), April Pacheco (Brian), Amy Kivett (Noah), Lauren Grimley (Nicholas) and Elizabeth Ritz; her grandchildren, Thomas III, Ava, Max, Bridget, Lucia, Renee, Teegan, Owen and Lorelei; her siblings, Marguerite Giuffre (Salvatore), Kenneth Barr (Shirley), Brian Barr and Martin Barr Jr.; and her mother Teresa Parish. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cichon-Borgosz Funeral Home Inc. (4929 Broadway, Depew, NY 14043). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. James Church (496 Terrace Blvd, Depew, NY 14043).
