He was predeceased by : his wife Sue Fox; and his sisters, Charmaine Zeilen (John) and Jean Casali (John). He is survived by : his children, Debra Fox-Schurkus, Shari Wagner (John) and Paul E. Fox Jr. (Mary); his grandchildren, Amanda (Scott), Stacey, Desiree, Paul III, Anthony, Joseph, Courtney and Brandi; and his great grandchildren, Connor, Emily, Cassandra, Logan and Scarlet. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Daniel R. Smolarek Funeral Home (2510 Union Rd, Cheektowaga, NY 14227). A prayer was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Daniel R. Smolarek Funeral Home - Cheektowaga (2510 Union Rd, Cheektowaga, NY 14227). The military honors was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 7:15 PM at the same location.
