She is survived by : her sons, Justin Gervase (Heidi) and Matthew Smolarek (Alexia); her grandchildren, Trinity and Jackson; and her siblings, Norm Smolarek, Mickey Monte and Sue Kubiak. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
