He is survived by : his wife Kathy Palmer of Bellefonte, KY; his stepchildren, Ryan Lother of Flatwoods, KY and Stephanie Lewis (John) of St. Simon Island, GA; and his stepgrandchildren, Susan Hembroff, Avery Lother, Kenton Lother and Ian Lother. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
