Douglas B. Caveney Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2025, at the age of 78, Douglas B. Caveney of Lansing, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Douglas shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Douglas farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Caveney and Clara Caveney (Scott). He is survived by: his wife Susan Caveney (Dempsey); his children, Arin of Lansing and Ben Caveney of Lansing; and his siblings, Carol Lavelle of Seward, Nebraska and Kenneth Caveney (Jennifer) of Cortez, Colorado. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces and in-laws.
