She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold F. "Shorty" Howell and Charlotte Irene Howell (Calhoun); her husband Robert J. Milligan; her brother-in-law Paul Edward "Pete" Barron; and her niece Julianne "Jules" Milligan.

She is survived by: her siblings, Harold L. Howell (Helen) and Judy H. Howell Barron; and her nieces and nephews, Karen Huether (John), Robin Cargian (Jeffrey), Kathy Barron, Alvin Howell and Michael Howell (Heather). She is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
