He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick W. Baker and Winifred M. Baker (Vann); and his sister Nancy MacCarrick. He is survived by: his wife Judith Morgan Baker; his children, Tammy Baker Salvett of Clay, NY and Richard "Jeffrey" Baker (Jennifer) of Lansing, NY; his sisters, Mary Macera of Lansing, NY and Betty Gibbons (Bill) of Exton, PA; his grandchildren, Ashley Salvett, Robbie Salvett and Amanda Baker; and his brother-in-law Tom Morgan (Leanne Field). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
